When will we receive our event photos?
You receive 8 hero selects on the same day for daytime events, or next day before midday for night events. Complete curated and colour-graded galleries are delivered within 48 to 72 hours, depending on event duration.
Who will photograph our event, and can you provide a second shooter?
Nik personally documents every assignment, shooting on a dual-camera harness with wide and telephoto lenses ready at every second. For multi-room conferences or large galas requiring concurrent room coverage, a vetted second photographer can be arranged on request at sustainable rates.
What usage rights and licensing are included?
Every booking includes perpetual commercial usage rights for your organisation. You can publish photos across websites, annual reports, social media, PR distributions and marketing materials without recurring royalties or expiry dates.
Do we need a detailed shot list or brief?
Not necessarily. A running sheet with event timings and names of key speakers or VIPs is usually enough. If you have specific sponsor activations or must-have photos, we provide a free briefing template to capture those details.
Can you provide proof of insurance for our venue?
Yes. We hold $10,000,000 Public & Products Liability insurance. A Certificate of Currency can be issued directly to your venue manager or event production team before shoot day.
What happens if our event schedule runs over?
We understand live events can shift. Overtime coverage can be accommodated on the day, billed at our transparent standard hourly rate with no hidden penalty surcharges.
How are our final photos delivered?
Photos are delivered via a private, high-resolution online gallery with password protection. You and your team can download print-ready or web-optimised files directly to your devices or share access with stakeholders.
